We are growing and seeking a dedicated Homecare Coordinator to join our passionate team based in Airdrie.

The Role

As a Homecare Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our home care operations. You’ll manage staff rotas, liaise with clients, families, and professionals, and ensure every service user receives exceptional, person-centred care.

You will be supported by the Registered Manager and will help drive quality, compliance, and staff development within the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered effectively.
  • Provide person centred and outcome focused care.
  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Conduct client assessments, reviews, and risk assessments as required.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to any staff or client queries and provide on-call support when needed.
  • Promote a caring, inclusive, and person-centred culture throughout the service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Care Coordinator or similar role within homecare/domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and homecare compliance.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Confident using rota management or care management software (Training provided)
  • Compassionate, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driver’s licence and access to own car (essential).
  • PVG membership and two satisfactory references (required).
