The Role

As a Care Assistant with Easdale Healthcare, you’ll be part of a supportive and growing team that provides exceptional care to our clients in the Airdrie area. You’ll help people maintain their independence and wellbeing by offering practical and emotional support in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where compassion, reliability, and dedication truly matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support with medication, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Help clients access the community and maintain social connections.
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Ensure all care is delivered in line with Easdale Healthcare’s person-centred values and Care Inspectorate standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Kind, caring, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential — full training provided).
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to travel within the Airdrie area.
  • Full UK driver’s licence and access to own car (preferred but not required).
  • Must be willing to undergo PVG checks and provide two satisfactory references.
