The Role:

As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll be the finance expert that business leaders turn to for insight, challenge, and clarity. You'll own the budgeting and forecasting process, provide commercial analysis that shapes strategy, and ensure the business has the financial intelligence it needs to succeed.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning cycle
• Deliver commercial analysis with clear insights on performance drivers
• Partner with the executive team to inform strategic decisions
• Challenge assumptions and highlight financial risks and opportunities
• Build robust KPI reporting that tracks business health
• Translate financial complexity into business-focused narratives
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the business scales

What You Need:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Strong commercial finance or FP&A background in a dynamic business
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
• Comfortable with pace, change, and ambiguity
• Curious, proactive, and commercially minded
