Our client is a prestigious law firm, based in the City of London, and they are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team of three front of house.  The role is working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in their stunning offices. 

About the Role
As part-time Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. You’ll handle reception duties and coordinate hospitality including setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments, and ensuring their clients receive a first-class reception experience.  Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role in this welcoming and exciting law firm. 
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in line with security, building, and health and safety policies
• Escort clients throughout the building and to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
• Perform regular meeting room checks to ensure high standards at all times
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries professionally
• Manage stationery supplies and assist with event organisation
• Support data collection, printing, and scanning tasks
