We are now seeking a Business Development Executive (Client Partner) to help us expand across our core markets: Construction, Not-for-Profit, and Environmental & Sustainability.
You’ll be the driving force behind our next chapter, bringing in new organisations, signing them up to partner with Signature, and then handing them over to our Client Services team to deliver. Every new client you win is a direct contribution to our growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and approaching decision-makers in our target sectors
- Building strong first relationships and showcasing Signature’s services
- Confidently making outbound calls, sparking conversations, and booking meetings
- Signing new organisations into long-term partnerships with Signature
- Representing Signature at meetings, events, and pitches
- Sharing standout candidate profiles and market insights to spark interest
- Handing new clients over smoothly to the Client Services team for delivery
- Driving awareness of Signature across key markets
What we are looking for:
- Degree-educated with a proven track record in sales or business development
- Recruitment sector experience (temp or perm) with evidence of winning new clients
- Not afraid of the phone, confident making calls, opening conversations, and building rapport fast
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by growth and results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to spot opportunities
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
