Part-Time Financial Administrator

We are a small, friendly Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time, flexible role — ideal for someone with financial services experience who values independence and work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update client information and valuations in Intelligent Office (IO).
  • Support client review meetings and ensure client files are complete and compliant.
  • Process new business applications and provider paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised client records.
  • Handle general office administration, including scanning, filing, and responding to client queries.
  • Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth, timely processing of all actions.
About You
  • Previous experience in an IFA, wealth management, or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) or similar CRM/back-office systems preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own workload.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
