Salary: £11,500 - £15,800 (DOE) + shift allowance + monthly performance bonus
Hours: 18-25 hours per week (weekday evenings 16:00-21:00 & Saturdays 12:30-18:30)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly successful team supporting a range of clients - from charitable organisations to commercial brands - through outbound and inbound calls. You'll be the friendly voice that welcomes new supporters, helps resolve queries, and ensures every customer feels valued.

• Conduct outbound welcome calls to new supporters and, over time, expand into inbound and outbound call services for various clients.

• Provide tailored support with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience every time.

• Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate call records and share insights to help improve service quality.

• Take part in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously develop your skills.
