The Opportunity

Campbell Grove Talent are looking for an experienced finance professional who is keen to take on a part time Finance Director role. A proactive individual who needs the flexibility of part-time hours but isn't interested in coasting. This is a real strategic role where you'll genuinely shape things and leave your mark.

Our client is a multi-site well established business based close to Wetherby, Leeds. A high growth company with an exceptional culture alongside a highly innovative product.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the Finance Director that leads the finance function, with responsibility for other non-finance areas too, bringing fresh thinking and driving improvements across the board. Day-to-day, that means developing financial strategies and budgets that make a real impact, keeping a close eye on cash flow, and giving solid financial advice to leadership. We need someone who'll build relationships across the business but isn't afraid to challenge things when they need challenging.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who's done this before – ideally as a Finance Director or CFO. You'll have a proven track record of making financial strategies work in practice, not just on paper.

We're after someone hands-on who can coach teams and get things done. You'll need strong analytical skills, be great at communicating with different stakeholders, and have the tenacity to stay focused when things get difficult.
