We are reinventing Royal Mail for the future and now is a perfect time to join us on that journey.</p><p> </p><p>The Key Cage Administrator role is a vital role to provide support within the Mail Centre and strengthen the unit performance.</p><p> </p><p>In order for us to run an efficient operation the successful applicant would be expected to:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Check signing on sheets</li><li>Sign in vehicles</li><li>Communicate on daily issues, for example traffic conditions, weather, RTCs</li></ul><p> </p><p>Tasks also include:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Admin duties such as answering the phone/radio</li><li>Dealing with customers</li><li>Maintaining duty packs</li><li>Recording agency driver duties</li><li>Completing yard checks</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>A bit about you</strong></p><p> </p><p>• Organised, independent and self-motivated<br>• Happy in a fast-paced changing environment<br>• Have a strong sense of community and want to take pride in what you do<br>• Computer literate with good numeracy and literacy skills<br>• Looking for a role with targets to hit and challenges to overcome<br>• Ideally have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points </p><p> </p><p><strong>What we do for you</strong></p><p> </p><p>To deliver on our ambition we want the best and that’s why we’re delighted to offer competitive pay and benefits for a permanent role within our sector.
