The Role

  • Teach Science across KS3 and KS4 (specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics welcomed)
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster curiosity and achievement
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress
  • Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
  • Communicate with the head of year, parents, teaching assistant and science technicians.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level, AQA/Edexcel curriculum.
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for science education
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
