• Leading the creative direction, visual identity, and design execution for a portfolio of owned brands across multiple channels
• Developing and overseeing brand guidelines to ensure consistency, innovation, and market relevance
• Collaborating with marketing, product, content, and external partners for cohesive brand campaigns
• Guiding the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring excellent quality and alignment with audience needs
• Keeping abreast of design trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inspire fresh ideas and inform strategy
• Championing sustainable and accessible design practices to elevate user experience and support our brand values
• Reviewing and approving creative work to maintain high standards and distinctive brand positioning
• Various management duties such as managing meetings, presenting and stakeholder management communication

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience leading brand design projects (please submit your portfolio with your application)
• Expertise in brand creation, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaign design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and evolving markets
• Experience in retail or FMCG brand environments is an advantage
