Receptionist / Office Administrator

Job Description

The main responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors to the Cardiff office with professionalism and warmth.
  • Managing appointments, meeting rooms and incoming calls.
  • Assisting with meeting room set up and the provision of refreshments.
  • Ensuing the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Handling incoming/ outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Copying, printing and scanning documents when requested.
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal teams.
  • Assisting fee-earners and support staff with ad-hoc projects.

Applicant Criteria

Required skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Organised and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment preferred, but not essential.
