Customer Service Advisor

We’re excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours based in Peterborough. They are looking for a customer service professional to join them on a part time basis, to work evenings. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will work circa 18 - 25 hours per week, with 1 in 2 Saturdays required, to replace a weekday in that working week.

Key duties include:

  • Making professional outbound welcome calls to customers and supporters
  • Handling inbound and outbound enquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing accurate information and a high level of customer care at all times
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members and taking part in regular training and coaching

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience is desirable.
