Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level).
• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to departmental development and whole-school initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Business or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience teaching A-Level Business or vocational qualifications.
• Familiarity with Ofsted requirements and outstanding teaching practices.
