• Valid UK Drivers Licence (essential)
• Valid CPC licence
• Experience in home delivery, preferably including large items
• Previous furniture delivery experience highly advantageous
• Strong track record in customer service delivery

• Handles queries and concerns on site with resilience and professionalism
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, team-focused approach
