Payroll Manager

We have been instructed on a fantastic Payroll Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Wilmslow.


The ideal candidate will have experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau and will be proficient in providing/ managing payroll services to multiple clients varying in size and complexity.


Candidates from coming from industry & commerce also encouraged to apply.


The role will involve managing and reviewing end to end payrolls, P45’s & P60’s, calculation of salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions, auto enrolment and any ad hoc queries.

The Role:


Managing a portfolio of clients`payrolls that will vary in size and complexity

Reviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls

Starters and leaver calculations

Maternity and paternity pay

Dealing with auto enrolment

Communicating with internal & external stakeholders

Expense payments, sick pay, holiday pay

Dealing with ad hoc client/ HMRC queries


You:


Payroll Management experience

Previous practice experience or payroll bureau

Strong payroll software experience beneficial

Experience in managing multiple payrolls

Strong communication skills

Excellent administrative and organisational skills
