Part Time Admin Support

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are actively recruiting on behalf of a client for a part time, permanent

Admin Support role.

Our client is based in Elland, this role is to join a small friendly team who provide reception and admin support to a very busy group of companies. The office environment is very modern and bright and offers free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all clients, suppliers, and visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming emails and calls, taking messages where appropriate.
  • Management of office post, including deliveries (scanning, franking, logging etc)
  • Providing assistance with any ad hoc administration tasks (scanning, photocopying, and filing)
  • Managing the Training room bookings
  • Logging the utility readings/invoices
  • Filing service reports digitally.
  • Managing the internal safety inspections
  • Assistance with ordering supplies.

Person Specification

  • Must have previous experience within an admin role.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Proactive and able to prioritise.
  • Well-presented and smart.
  • Have a friendly and positive personality.
  • Team player

Additional information:

Hours of work: 1pm – 5.15pm Mon – Thurs / 12:30pm – 4.30pm Fri (21 hours)

Salary: £12.50 per hour.


The ideal candidate would be someone who can offer some flexibility to increase their hours to cover for holidays and absence etc….
