Scheduler

Join one of our clients as Property Scheduler, managing over 300 properties/rooms in the South Wales. This role is crucial for coordinating maintenance, cleaners, and other services to properties and rooms, ensuring efficient operations within our busy lettings HMO company. 

  • Position: Property Scheduler 
  • Annual Salary: £28,000 per annum 
  • Location: Gwent area with opportunities to work from home
  • Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday (Will look at Part time hours) 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance, cleaning, and other necessary services across multiple properties using the Eworks system.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintain and update scheduling calendars and systems in Eworks to reflect accurate and current information.
  • Handle incoming queries and requests from property managers and tenants, providing timely responses and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to prioritise tasks and manage the workflow to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor service quality by gathering feedback and implementing improvements in scheduling processes.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within a property management or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in picking up new software 
  • Ability to work independently and to deadlines
