We are hiring for a part time tax and accounts assistant to join a boutique accountancy firm in Hove, East Sussex.

If you already have some experience of preparing year end accounts and personal tax returns, and are looking for flexible part time work, this is a fantastic opportunity.

You will be joining a small, friendly and long established team in their centrally located offices. They work with a small businesses, property companies and high net worth individuals. You would be responsible for preparing a range of year end accounts and tax returns, ensuring deadlines are met and liaising with clients to request information and provide feedback.

The role is part time - anything from 15 to 25 hours per week, working from the office, but arranged to suit your timetable.

About you:

• Previous experience in a UK accountancy firm, competent in accounts production
• Detail minded, can work with minimal supervision
• Strong IT skills
• Live within commuting distance of Hove, East Sussex
