Part Time Accounts Administrator

*At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential for this role!

Are you an experienced administrator seeking part time flexible hours to work in a modern and professional setting in a fantastic office space in Liphook. My client offers hands on training and also the opportunity to obtain accountancy qualifications in the future.

Duties:

  • Reconciling financial data
  • Record income and expenses in Xero
  • Ensure that any requests are responded to in a timely manner
  • Report on monthly budgets
  • Journal accruals
  • Create and distribute monthly reports to management
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Ensure that compliance is maintained at all times

Skills Required:

  • Previous accountancy experience an advantage
  • Experience with CRM or Accountancy systems an advantage
  • At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential
  • A team player happy to work in a varied role
  • Great communicator
