Customer Service Assistant (Permanent, Part-Time) – Corby

Join our client’s small, friendly team based in Earlstree Industrial Estate, Corby. This is a permanent position where longevity and commitment are essential.

Hours:

• Monday: 9am–1pm
• Tuesday–Friday: 1pm–5pm

Pay: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:

You’ll provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and accurately entering data while listening attentively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers over the phone
• Contact new enquiries promptly
• Complete daily activity calls as directed
• Log orders accurately into company systems
• Maintain customer database to a high standard
• Support marketing campaigns and liaise with Head Office

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Team player with competent computer skills
