As a Global Employee Relations Manager, you’ll lead Costa’s global Employee Relations and People Helpdesk function, ensuring managers and team members receive expert, timely advice and support. This role combines strategic leadership with hands on delivery, managing complex ER cases, overseeing our helpdesk operations, and driving continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience.
You’ll partner with senior leaders and People teams across markets, provide guidance on sensitive issues, and lead initiatives that strengthen compliance and reduce risk. Alongside case management, you’ll shape our global ER strategy, build capability within your team, and champion a culture of fairness and respect.
