They are looking for a warm, organised and confident individual to join the team in a part-time role with built-in flexibility. This Part-Time Customer Care and Showroom Coordinator position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer contact, works well within structured processes, and values being part of a supportive team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
  • Appointment-related incentive scheme
  • Working Pattern: Weekdays and 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00 am - 3.00 pm
  • In weeks when you work a Saturday, you will also work one weekday
  • In weeks when you are not scheduled for a Saturday, you will work two weekdays

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring enquiries are handled warmly and professionally
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Welcoming and engaging with potential customers visiting the showroom
  • Scheduling customer appointments using our established processes
  • Ensuring all appointment details are correctly recorded and communicated
  • Sending and managing follow-up emails
  • Organising and dispatching brochures and letters
  • Maintaining accurate and tidy records in line with their system

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

  • Confident and friendly communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • A background working in commercial customer service
  • Well organised and accurate administrative skills
