• Spanish Speaking Healthcare Assistant
• Location: Prees, Shropshire (SY13)
• Pay Rate:£15.00 - £17.00 per hour
• Shifts: Part Time | Evenings | 2pm-8pm

Meet Our Client

We’re putting together a small team of Healthcare Assistants to support our client, an 11-year-old boy who lives at home with his parents in Prees, Shropshire.

**Our client and his family speak Spanish as their first language, so we’re looking for people who feel confident conversing in Spanish. This helps keep day-to-day care conversations clear and makes it easier to build a connection with both our client and his family.

You’ll also need to translate information from Spanish into English, as all care notes must be written in English. So while being comfortable speaking Spanish is essential, you’ll also need a good understanding of English to translate and record information accurately.**

During shifts, you’ll provide personal care, support him at mealtimes, and manage his clinical interventions as needed. You’ll also help with his mobility and get involved in his hobbies and interests to keep him engaged and enjoying his day. We’re currently looking for part-time team members who can offer reliable, compassionate support.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Confident Spanish-speaking skills
