Our client has been delivering technical solutions for live events across the UK, Europe, and beyond since the mid-90s. From global conferences to high-end corporate showcases, they provide cutting-edge sound, light, video, stage, power and media to clients who expect the best.

Based in West Yorkshire, their tight-knit team is known for making the magic happen - and having some fun along the way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Project Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering exceptional live event experiences. You'll be working across a wide portfolio of projects - from sleek boardroom productions to jaw-dropping stage shows - and no two days will be the same.

You'll handle it all: from the client brief through to showtime - with the support of a highly experienced in-house team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of live events across the UK and occasionally overseas
  • Attending client meetings, site visits and production briefings
  • Designing technical and creative solutions tailored to each event
  • Producing quotes, CAD drawings, schedules, visuals and pitch documents
  • Coordinating crew, logistics, kit and transport using resource management tools
  • Managing on-site delivery and being the go-to person during events
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Building client relationships and seeking out future opportunities

You should have:

  • A strong understanding of AV, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and set
  • Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality corporate events
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to lead from the front
  • A good sense of humour - we work hard but don't take ourselves too seriously
  • A full UK driving licence

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

  • Hours: Full-time, permanent role (with some evening/weekend work - paid accordingly)
  • Base Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (includes Christmas shutdown)
  • Start Date: As soon as you're ready
