About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor for Ecommerce. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple platforms, delivering exceptional service and driving sales through expert product knowledge. This role is key to supporting the overall retail business plan and ensuring smooth operations across our ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce platform activity, ensuring stock movement and timely customer communication.
• Deliver best-in-class service via phone, email, live chat, and virtual shopping.
• Proactively contact customers to meet sales requests and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with trading and digital teams to implement cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
• Analyse and report on trade performance.
• Ensure compliance with platform T&Cs and maintain commercial awareness of competitors.
