Integration Programme Communications Consultant: We’re looking for an experienced integration / transformation Programme Communications specialist to lead the development and delivery of communications that inform, engage, and inspire colleagues throughout our integration journey.
Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring clarity, transparency, and connection across the programme and wider business
Main Responsibilities as Integration Programme Communications Consultant:
- Design and deliver a communications programme for the integration team, creating a rhythm of updates that connects and motivates everyone involved.
- Partner with workstream leads, HR restructuring teams, and key stakeholders to develop tailored communications plans that keep functional teams informed and engaged
- Produce high-quality consultation packs and related communications in collaboration with HR.
- Embed cultural insights from programme checkpoints and agile retrospectives into communications to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
- Provide content on programme progress for wider business updates, including Town Halls, senior leader calls and intranet integration hub.
- Be an integral member of the internal communications team, working closely with colleagues on the team and ensuring alignment with the overall internal communications strategy and plan.
Skills and experience you need as Integration Programme Communications Consultant:
- Proven experience delivering internal communications for major transformation or integration programmes
- Strong background in internal and change communications management, ideally with contractor or interim experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships quickly at all levels
- A team player who will work closely with the existing team
- Skilled communicator with the ability to handle sensitive issues thoughtfully and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
- Preferably experienced in Agile methodology
- Professional qualification in internal and change communications from IOIC/CIPR (desirable).
