Pay: £13 - £14 per hour (subject to experience and location)

Job Overview

Want to make a difference in someone’s life? We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistant. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes with everyday tasks, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Duties include:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication prompting or administration
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic tasks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility or exercises
• Supporting to access the community
