• Healthcare Assistant
• Location: Birmingham, B16
• Pay Rate: £13.00- £17.71
• Shifts: Part Time Days | 2-3 shifts per week | 4-8 hour shifts | Includes Alternate Weekends

Meet Our Client

A sociable lady who lives at home with her parents and sibling in a loving, supportive household in Birmingham.

She loves spending time at her local day centre, enjoys music, colouring, sensory play, outings, and socialising with her friends and family. She’s happiest when she’s out in the community, whether that’s taking walks in the park, feeding the ducks, or watching the dogs play. She also loves having her nails painted and dancing in her chair.

As part of her care team, you’ll support her with personal care, clinical tasks, and helping her enjoy her daily activities both at home and in the community.

Her family are warm and welcoming, and they really value carers who are happy to get involved with her daily activities, social outings, and engagement, not just clinical tasks.

Experience with tracheostomy care is essential, including cleaning, suctioning, and changes.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Proven Tracheostomy Skills (within the last 6 months)
