This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE who wants to work on commercial property matters that are varied, interesting, and career-boosting. You’ll be surrounded by supportive specialists, great clients, and constant opportunities to grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Running files independently – onboarding, progressing, billing, completion, and closing.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to keep every deal moving smoothly.
• Advising on landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, the 1954 Act, sales and acquisitions of commercial property, easements, and more.
• Keeping meticulous records and maintaining compliance at all times.

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a commercial property fee earner or similar
• Confidence managing your own commercial property caseload.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across leases, heads of terms, sales, acquisitions, and easements.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a genuinely positive attitude.
• Experience in agricultural matters, options, and overage is a bonus.
