Welsh-Speaking Supply Teaching Assistant – Brecon

Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with a passion for supporting children’s learning? Do you enjoy working in a variety of school settings and adapting to new challenges? We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in the Brecon area.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2
• Assist with classroom activities, small-group work and 1:1 support
• Communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Follow school policies and adapt to different classroom routines

• Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
• A friendly, patient and proactive attitude
• Flexibility and reliability
• Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
