Your new role
In this busy role, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls relating to insurance claims, ensuring excellent customer experience. You will have a proven track record in a customer service or contact centre environment alongside:
What you'll need to succeed
Interviews will start from 28th November with a start date of 5th January 2026.You MUST be able to attend the site full-time for the initial 6-week training period and NOT have any planned annual leave during this time. If taking on a part-time contract, you will be expected to attend full time in the first 6 weeks.
