HR Administrator (Part time)

£28,000 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 18 hours per week, flexible with the times and days

ENB are supporting our client with attracting talent for a new role opening of HR Administrator.

The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Manager and support with administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused and happy working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
  • Support the onboarding, preparing contracts, welcome packs and induction training.
  • Assisting with preparing HR literature including policies and contracts
  • Handle general HR enquiries from staff
  • Supporting with recruitment including posting job ads, filtering applications, conducting initial interviews and arranging interview between external agencies and line managers
  • Support pre-employment checks including right-to-work verification and reference collection.
  • Prepare monthly changes for payroll
  • Monitor attendance, sickness reporting, and maintain HR compliance records.
  • Support internal communications, social initiatives and events.

Experience required

  • Previous HR administration or office administration experience.
  • CIPD level 3 would be great, but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Some experience of payroll would be amazing, but again not essential as training can be provided
