Finance & Operations Manager (Hybrid / Part-Time or Full-Time) Northamptonshire

An exciting new opportunity to join a high-impact development team, managing the finance backbone of a major mixed-use development project. You’ll lead day-to-day accounting, cashflow modelling, audit coordination, funding drawdowns, and stakeholder reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain bookkeeping, payroll, VAT/CIS, and financial controls
• Produce monthly management accounts and board reports
• Prepare statutory accounts and oversee audits
• Forecast cash flow, manage funding, and monitor covenant compliance
• Build financial models to support viability and business planning
• Engage with key stakeholders including financing partners
• Handle company secretarial, filings, and governance matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified with strong experience
• Experience in real estate, development finance, or JV accounting an advantage
• Excellent Excel modelling & reporting skills
• Strong communicator who works confidently with auditors, funders and senior stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, detail-driven, with high governance standards
