What can you bring to Banham?
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and contribute to evolving our brand positioning as we head toward the 2026 re-brand.
Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead direct reports, fostering collaboration, creativity, and growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities.
Performance Marketing and Reporting: Develop, track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools with agencies and team.
Agency Management: Support the management of PR agencies and contribute to campaign development
