ADMIN WORK

We own a car hire company and a busy garage.

We give our cars out to PCO licensed drivers for them to use as private hire. We need someone who can manage to work through the paperwork that accumulates throughout the week as well as keeping all the drivers in check. Dealing with legal action and booking appointments when due. This job is not demanding at all and is great part-time work for anyone who just needs that extra money at the end of the month.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Managing the booking system and logging any appointments
  • Making sure the customers are paying for their services
  • Keeping track of due appointments
  • Taking care of any legal action regarding outstanding balances
  • Taking calls and answering the phone, as well as sending and reading emails
  • Talking to the customers and treating them with respect
Experience and qualifications
  • Prior admin experience (At least 1 year of experience)
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office applications
  • Preferably having experience in a car hire/garage field of work
