We are looking for a MHE trained team member to undertake all MHE training, examinations and associated duties and responsibilities at our site in Lichfield.

The successful candidate will receive full training and refresher training as required to become a recognized trainer / instructor. Typically you will work Sunday through Thursday, covering the hours 22:00 till 06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

•To assist in training, assessing and re-assessing all users of MHE. ?

•To assist in maintaining accurate testing and certification records liasing with the Training Department.?

•To ensure the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard.?

•To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices.?

What you need to be succeed at GXO: 

•You will currently hold OR be willing to train to RTITB / ITSAAR standards – qualification lasts 5 years ?

•Have sound working knowledge of the interaction between their own department and other key functions ?

•Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time ?

•Very good written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills ?

•Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (eg; Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) ?
