Warehouse & Stock Administrator

As a Warehouse and Stock Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations, the crucial link between physical stock and digital systems. If you love keeping things in order and making sure everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a full-time, permanent role that will require you to work Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Maintain accurate stock records by raising, inputting, and reconciling stock counts in SAP Logistics Execution System
- Carry out regular physical stock counts and ensure all variances are investigated and corrected
- Conduct daily product date checks to support accurate stock rotation and minimise waste
- Receipt and process deliveries in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor and report on slow-moving or damaged stock, arranging returns of ullage and leakers where required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- A team player with a proactive attitude and good communication skills
