A leading Legal 100 firm in Birmingham is expanding its award-winning Real Estate Disputes team and is seeking a Legal Director or Principal Associate to play a pivotal role in its continued national growth.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected practice working alongside a senior partner on complex and high-profile real estate litigation matters. The team handles a broad range of disputes for an impressive client base that includes national retailers, investment landlords, developers, local authorities, and public sector bodies.

The Work Will Include:

• Landlord and tenant litigation, including break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, rent recovery and possession claims

• Land registration issues, rights to light and service charge disputes

• Restrictive covenant matters and property-related insolvency

You will play a central role in supervising junior lawyers, managing key client relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of the team. The role offers clear progression, making it an ideal step for someone ready to move into senior leadership.

• Strong background in real estate litigation

• Experience managing complex cases and leading client relationships
