Are you ready to take a senior step within one of the UK’s most respected Real Estate Disputes teams? A top 50 national firm in Leeds is expanding and is looking for an experienced Legal Director or Principal Associate to join its award-winning Real Estate Litigation practice.
This is a standout opportunity to work closely with a senior partner on complex, high-value and often high-profile matters, within a team recognised for its excellence nationwide. You will be joining a practice that acts for major national retailers, institutional landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector organisations.
You’ll be involved in:
• A full spectrum of landlord and tenant disputes, including break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, rent recovery and possession
• Land registration issues, rights to light and service charge disputes
• Restrictive covenant matters and property-related insolvency
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting client relationships and driving team growth
