Part-Time HR & People Manager (22.5 hours) – Hybrid

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a standalone role and loves shaping people culture within a creative SME? Our client — a respected creative consultancy working with major global entertainment brands — is expanding and hiring their first in-house HR & People Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and make a real impact in a friendly, collaborative business. 1 day in Hammersmith office (typically Monday or Tuesday) + 2 days WFH
The Role
As the company’s dedicated HR lead, you’ll manage the full employee life cycle, support managers, maintain HR processes, and help shape a positive workplace culture. You’ll partner closely with directors and the Operations team, reporting to the MD, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach.
