Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week), term time + 2 weeks (part-time may be considered for a suitable candidate).

Salary: Band F, SCP 19–23 | £28,669–£30,791 for the full-time position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Support Manager to join the outstanding team at Shelley College.

In this role, you will work as part of our Support Team across the school and within the Student Support Centre (SSC) to actively support and promote the learning, progress, and well-being of students with identified SEN needs. Working under the direction of the SENCO, you will provide intervention support for both individuals and small groups of students – both during timetabled lessons and outside of class time.
