Audit & Accounts Senior

Salary: Around £45,000 (flexible for strong candidates)
Hours: Full-time (36.25 hours) – part-time considered
Location: Bristol office-based for first 6 months, then hybrid
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (increases with service)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join a small, collaborative team. This is a mixed role with a 65% audit focus, working with SME clients across varied industries. You’ll lead audits from planning to completion, support the partner, and supervise junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audits from start to finish.
• Supervise and review work of junior team members.
• Prepare accounts (FRS102 and 1A) and basic corporation tax computations.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate across service lines to add value for clients.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified (study support available).
• Strong audit experience with SMEs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and company law.
• Excellent communication skills and UK experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
