You'll lead a small, capable team covering the day-to-day. Your job is to oversee, support, and elevate. From cashflow forecasting to board reporting, and from improving month-end to spotting efficiencies across the group. You'll work closely with the MD and advise on commercial performance, growth plans and potential risks.

The right person? You've probably been a head of finance, finance director or financial controller before. You know what a good finance function looks like and how to build one without fanfare. You're comfortable in owner-led businesses where things move quickly and change often. And you've got the credibility to challenge, influence and back up your point of view with data.
