Recruitment Administrator (Temporary Staff)
Location: London and homeworking (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,704 PA

Temporary workers are vital to the continuous and effective running of St Mungo’s services. We have our bank of around 370 casual locum workers who, along with a range of temporary agency partners, cover staffing gaps across the organisation.
Working as part of a small sub team within the wider Resourcing Team you will join us as a Resourcing Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and retention of casual workers and temporary agency staff across the organisation.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

To be successful in this role you will:
Whilst advantageous, you don’t necessarily need to have extensive experience in a Recruitment or People role; what’s important is having a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude, along with a willingness to learn!
