This is a pivotal role where you will shape and operationalize the Ethics & Compliance framework across multiple regions, ensuring integrity and ethical business conduct while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and tools.
• Design and implement a new Ethics & Compliance training framework.
• Manage distributor risk monitoring and oversee compliance processes.
• Monitor interactions with healthcare professionals and employees.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks proactively.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and manage emerging risks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in compliance or legal roles within Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of global regulations (FCPA, Anti-Bribery) and industry codes (MedTech Europe, EFPIA).
• Proven ability to design and implement compliance programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics and Learning Management Systems preferred.
