Aesthetician – Full Time or Part Time, Permanent

Location: Notting Hill, London

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus benefits and generous tips (OTE £40,000)

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, plus Laser and IPL (or willing to train within 3-6 months at own expense)
• Experience: At least 2 years in the aesthetic industry with a beauty therapy background, ideally with experience in treating acne and anti-ageing
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong client care, expert knowledge in facial treatments, and familiarity with BTL machines
• Personality: Calm, professional, with excellent multitasking and communication skills suited to a fast-paced environment
• Brand Knowledge: Experience with Circadia skincare is a strong advantage
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
• Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
• Build strong client relationships by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
• Promote additional salon services to enhance client experience and boost revenue
