Private Client Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Process new business, including pensions, investments, and protection cases
- Prepare client documentation, review packs, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Liaise with product providers and clients to ensure a smooth client journey
- Assist with general office administration and workflow management
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA environment
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial services processes
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working in an office-based setting as part of a close-knit team
