Personal Assistant

I am excited to represent a company director who runs a specialist consultancy business, the director who is Appleton, Warrington based requires an experienced PA on a part time permanent basis to carry out both business and personal duties.

  • Salary: £40,000 pro rata
  • Part-Time, 20 hour per week Monday to Friday 09:00 – 13:00
  • Location: Appleton, Warrington
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days WFH & 2 days office, albeit 1st month will be 100% office based

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a specialist consultancy director in both business and personal capacities. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands commercial operations, and is fully proficient in AI tools (including ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Business 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare executive summaries, meeting notes, and strategic briefs for leadership discussions.
  • Maintain project trackers (CRM migration, GTM strategy, pricing models).
  • Draft and refine communications for internal platforms (Slack updates, presentations, reports).
  • Process and reconcile expenses accurately.
  • Support vendor management: track renewals, maintain pricing dashboards, and liaise with procurement.
  • Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT) for automation, summarisation, and content drafting.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and pipeline summaries.
  • Coordinate leadership offsites and follow-up actions.

Personal Support

  • Organise household logistics, travel plans, and family schedules.
  • Manage personal reminders (birthdays, events, subscriptions).
  • Assist with personal finance tracking and administrative tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a sales director or senior commercial leader.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI tools and ChatGPT for workflow optimisation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using Slack, Notion, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
