About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking, growth-focused organisation is seeking a Treasury Analyst who brings meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality financial insight.

In this key role, you'll become an integral part of their finance team, supporting the organisation's stability and long-term success. You will take ownership of managing daily cash flow, monitoring treasury activities, and producing precise, timely reporting that directly informs strategic decision-making across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cash flow reports.
  • Deliver reliable cash position forecasts.
  • Maintain and monitor the treasury schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations and journals in line with month-end requirements.
  • Manage daily cash positioning to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Execute and record treasury transactions such as intercompany loans and cash movements.
  • Monitor and optimise bank relationships, reviewing fees and ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare treasury-related reports for management and auditors.
  • Maintain treasury systems and ensure data integrity across all platforms.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of treasury and cash flow management principles.
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting and reconciliations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
